UNITAR POCI is a United Nations program that provides distance education to UN peacekeepers abroad. I am currently in the process of completely redesigning the aesthetics of our site with valid XHTML. I reflected the UN blue throughout the site, and pressed and cut original graphical assets for use. On top of the aesthetic, I managed and wrote web software to enroll and train thousands of students around the world in collaboration with the other non-technical members of my organization.
